The magic within amiibos

First things first: be sure to check your notifications on your Nintendo Wii U since the latest 5.3.0 update is available to download as we speak.

The highlight of this new firmware update is that the amiibo Settings has been integrated into the System Settings. Within the amiibo Settings, users have the ability to register, add a nickname, delete data and reset their new shiny figurine. This new feature will come in handy for the upcoming “Super Smash Bros. for Wii U” as well as any other amiibo compatible titles.

Aside from the new settings for amiibos, further improvement toward the overall system stability have been made. Likewise, more minor tweaks have been made, in order to enhance the user’s experience.
